Ingredients

๐ง 1 jar (approximately 12 fl oz) Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
๐ฅฃ 1 cup Swanson Chicken Broth
๐ง Generous amount of salt from a grinder
๐ง Black pepper from a grinder
๐ Italian seasoning from a shaker
๐ง Garlic powder from a shaker
๐ง 1 block (approximately 8 oz) cream cheese
๐ 1 box (1 lb) Barilla Rigatoni, cooked al dente
๐ฑ 1 bag (approximately 12 oz) frozen peas
๐ง 1-1.5 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
๐ง A little dried parsley for garnish
๐ง
Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken:
- Place two large frozen chicken breasts into the Crock-Pot slow cooker.
- Pour the entire jar of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce over the chicken breasts.
2- Add Broth and Seasonings:
- Rinse the sauce jar with 1 cup of Swanson Chicken Broth and pour the broth into the slow cooker to retrieve all remaining sauce.
- Season generously with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
3- Cook the Chicken:
- Add the block of cream cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
4- Shred and Return Chicken:
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using a chicken shredder tool or two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
5- Add Pasta and Peas:
- Add the cooked box of Barilla Rigatoni pasta to the slow cooker.
- Add the entire bag of frozen peas to the slow cooker.
6- Mix and Heat Ingredients:
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle freshly shredded mozzarella cheese over the mixture.
7- Garnish and Finish:
- Garnish with dried parsley.
- Cover the slow cooker again and cook for an additional 15 minutes to melt the cheese and heat through the added ingredients.
8- Serve:
- Serve hot in a bowl and garnish with freshly sliced green onions.
