๐Ÿ 1 box (1 lb) Barilla Rigatoni, cooked al dente

๐Ÿง€ 1-1.5 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

  • Place two large frozen chicken breasts into the Crock-Pot slow cooker.
  • Pour the entire jar of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce over the chicken breasts.

2- Add Broth and Seasonings:

  • Rinse the sauce jar with 1 cup of Swanson Chicken Broth and pour the broth into the slow cooker to retrieve all remaining sauce.
  • Season generously with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

3- Cook the Chicken:

  • Add the block of cream cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

4- Shred and Return Chicken:

  • Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using a chicken shredder tool or two forks.
  • Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.

5- Add Pasta and Peas:

  • Add the cooked box of Barilla Rigatoni pasta to the slow cooker.
  • Add the entire bag of frozen peas to the slow cooker.

6- Mix and Heat Ingredients:

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle freshly shredded mozzarella cheese over the mixture.
