Instructions

1- Preparing the Paratha Dough:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of maida and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • Gradually add 1/4 cup of water and knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and pliable.

2- Resting the Dough:

  • Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll each into a ball.

3- Rolling the Dough:

  • Brush each ball lightly with oil and set aside.
  • Roll out one dough ball into a thin, large oval or rectangle.

4- Preparing the Filling:

  • In a separate bowl, mix minced chicken, bread crumbs, salt, chili flakes, baking soda, garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped coriander, curd, pepper powder, and chopped green chilies.
  • Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.

5- Shaping the Patties:

  • Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.

6- Cooking the Parathas and Patties:
