Ingredients

š„ 8 ounces fat-free Fairlife milk
š 2 boxes Banza pasta penne and rotini

Instructions
1- Slow Cooker Setup:
- Place the chicken breast into a slow cooker.
2- Add Dairy & Sauce:
- Top the chicken with cream cheese and the garlic parm sauce.
3- Rinse Sauce Bottle:
- Pour milk into the empty sauce bottle.
- Shake to retrieve remaining sauce, then add to the slow cooker.
4- Initial Mix & Cook:
- Stir gently.
- Cover with lid, and cook on high for 3 hours.
5- Cook Pasta:
- In the last 30 minutes of chicken cooking time, boil the pasta until al dente.
6- Shred Chicken:
- Once done, use a meat masher to shred chicken directly in the slow cooker.
7- Drain Pasta:
- Drain the cooked pasta and add to the slow cooker.
8- Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Broccoli:
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and broccoli.
9- Add Cheese & Herbs:
- Mix in the remaining cheese and parsley flakes.
10- Final Mix & Portion:
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Divide into 10 meal prep containers.
