🍶 1 tbsp Mirin
🧄 2 cloves Garlic, minced
🌿 1 tsp Ginger, grated
🍯 1 tbsp Honey
🧂 ½ tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
🫒 1–2 tsp Cooking Oil
🍚 2 cups cooked Rice
🌶️ 2 tbsp Sriracha Mayo
🌾 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
🧄 2 Scallions, sliced

Instructions

1- Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a bowl, whisk together 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 2 minced cloves of garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp honey, and ½ tsp black pepper.

2- Cook the Ground Beef:

  • Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan (featuring a honeycomb pattern, no brand visible) over a medium-high heat using an Electrolux induction cooktop.

3- Break Apart and Continue Cooking:

  • Use a silicone spatula to break the ground beef apart.
  • Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until it is about 80% done.

4- Add the Sauce:

  • Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the beef.

5- Thicken the Sauce:

  • Continue stirring frequently for an additional 2 minutes until the beef is fully coated and the sauce has thickened to a glossy finish.

6- Serve:
