🌶️ 3 tablespoons Huy Fong Foods Sriracha
🍶 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
🍋 Juice of 1/2 a Lime
🧂 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

1- Vegetable Preparation:

  • Julienne the carrots and English cucumber into thin matchsticks.
  • Shred the red cabbage finely.
  • Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and fresh cilantro.

2- Crab Preparation:

  • Chop or shred the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.

3- Kani Salad Mixture:

  • Mix until the crab is well coated and ingredients are evenly distributed.

4- Rice Paper Preparation:

  • Fill a shallow bowl or plate with cold water.
  • Dip a rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10–15 seconds, just until soft and pliable.

  • Place a couple of lettuce leaves in the center of the rice paper.
  • Add layers of shredded red cabbage, julienned carrots, and cucumber.
  • Add 2–3 spoonfuls of kani salad on top, followed by cilantro to taste.

6- Rolling the Spring Roll:

  • Pull the bottom edge of the rice paper over the filling, fold in the sides, and then roll tightly from bottom to top.

7- Repeat:

  • Repeat the soaking, filling, and rolling process for the remaining rice papers and filling.

8- Serve:
