For the Toppings

πŸ₯„ 300 grams Greek yogurt
β˜• 2 tsp instant coffee
πŸ’§ 2 tbsp hot water
🍫 1 tbsp cocoa powder


Instructions

1- Preparation:

  • Preheat your oven to 190Β°C (170Β°C fan-forced).

2- Coffee Mixture:

  • Whisk 2 tbsp instant coffee with 100 ml hot water in a small bowl and set aside.

3- Oats Mixture:

  • In an oven-safe baking dish, mash the 2 bananas until smooth using a fork.
  • Add rolled oats, Nu Harvest Choc Malt THRIVE Plant Protein, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  • Introduce milk, Greek yogurt, and the prepared coffee mixture, blending all ingredients thoroughly until combined.

4- Baking:

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

5- Yogurt Topping:

  • To create the topping, whisk 2 tsp instant coffee with 2 tbsp hot water, then incorporate into 300 grams of Greek yogurt.

6- Assembly:

  • Spread the coffee-flavored yogurt topping smoothly over the cooled baked oats.
  • Use a sieve to dust with cocoa powder.

7- Serving:

  • Slice into servings. Enjoy warm by reheating a slice for 1 minute in the microwave, or savored cold from the fridge.
