Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

  • Season the chicken cubes with yellow seasoning powder and black pepper in a mixing bowl, ensuring they are well-coated.

2- Cook the Chicken:

  • In a large non-stick pan, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat.

  • Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

3- Sauté Garlic:

  • In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  • Be cautious not to burn the garlic.

4- Combine Main Ingredients:

  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan.

  • Add rigatoni pasta, chicken stock, heavy cream, and cream cheese cubes.

  • Ensure the pasta is mostly submerged in the liquid.
