Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken cubes with yellow seasoning powder and black pepper in a mixing bowl, ensuring they are well-coated.
2- Cook the Chicken:
In a large non-stick pan, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
3- Sauté Garlic:
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Be cautious not to burn the garlic.
4- Combine Main Ingredients:
Return the cooked chicken to the pan.
Add rigatoni pasta, chicken stock, heavy cream, and cream cheese cubes.
Ensure the pasta is mostly submerged in the liquid.
5- Simmer:
Cover the pan with the lid and let it simmer on low heat for approximately 16 minutes.
