Ingredients

🥖 1 grinder roll

Instructions

1- Prepare the Creamy Lettuce Slaw:

  • Chop the lettuce and thinly slice the red onion. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the pepperoncini, mayonnaise, red vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined for a creamy, tangy slaw. Set aside.

2- Prepare the Grinder Roll:

  • Slice the grinder roll lengthwise, ensuring not to cut all the way through, so it opens like a hinge.
  • Remove some of the soft bread from the middle to make space for fillings.

3- Assemble the Sandwich:

  • Evenly lay the sliced cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
  • Layer the arugula over the cheese.
  • Arrange the sliced turkey over the arugula.
  • Place the tomato slices on top of the turkey.
  • Season the tomatoes with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
