๐ง 1/4 cup Water
๐ฅ 3 tablespoons Oil/Ghee
๐ 250 grams Minced Chicken
๐ 2 tablespoons Bread Crumbs
๐ถ 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
๐งช 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
๐ง 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste

1 medium Chopped Onion
๐ฟ 2 tablespoons Chopped Coriander
๐ฅ 2 tablespoons Curd
๐ง 1/2 teaspoon Red Land Black Pepper Powder
๐ถ 2 Chopped Green Chillies
๐ง 1 Cheese Slice per burger

Instructions
1- Preparing the Paratha Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of maida and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Gradually add 1/4 cup of water and knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and pliable.
2- Resting the Dough:
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
3- Rolling the Dough:
- Brush each ball lightly with oil and set aside.
- Roll out one dough ball into a thin, large oval or rectangle.
4- Preparing the Filling:
- In a separate bowl, mix minced chicken, bread crumbs, salt, chili flakes, baking soda, garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped coriander, curd, pepper powder, and chopped green chilies.
- Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.
5- Shaping the Patties:
- Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.
6- Cooking the Parathas and Patties:
- Heat a VOLTAGE PRO non-stick frying pan over medium heat with a bit of ghee. Fry each paratha until golden and crispy.
- In the same pan, fry the chicken patties until golden brown. Top each with a cheese slice to melt.
7- Caramelizing Onions:
- In minimal oil, fry sliced onions until caramelized.
8- Assembling the Burger:
- Cut a cooked paratha halfway to form a pocket.
- Spread a sandwich spread inside the pocket.
- Place a chicken patty with melted cheese and caramelized onions inside.
- Fold the paratha to enclose the fillings. Serve warm.
