Instructions
1- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a stainless steel mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of CHUNGJUNGONE Gochujang Hot Pepper Paste, 1/4 cup sweetener, and 1/4 cup hot water. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
2- Marinate the Chicken:
- Add the skinless chicken thighs to the mixing bowl. Use black disposable gloves to ensure each piece is evenly coated in the marinade. For best results, marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, although immediate cooking is fine.
3- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Lightly spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
4- Cook the Chicken:
Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Grind fresh black pepper over the chicken.
Set the air fryer to 390Β°F 199Β°C and cook for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a crispy exterior.
5- Serve:
