Ingredients
Cajun Honey Butter Chicken (Serves 5):
🐓 1000g Raw Chicken Breast, cubed
🧂 1.5 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
🌶 1.5 Tsp Black Pepper
🧄 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
🧅 2 Tsp Onion Powder
🌶 2.5 Tsp Paprika
🌿 2 Tsp Dried Oregano
🌶 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
🫒 3 Tsp Olive Oil
🧈 30g Light Butter
🍯 30g Honey, Pure Honey yellow label
🌿 Fresh Parsley, chopped
Creamy Garlic Herb Potatoes:
🥔 1100g Raw Potatoes, cubed
🧄 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
🌿 1 Tbsp Italian Herbs
🌶 1 Tbsp Paprika
🫒 2 Tsp Olive Oil
🧅 100g Red Onion, finely chopped
🍅 40-50g Tomato Paste
🥛 250g Light/Fat Free Olive Evaporated Milk
🧀 150g Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
Instructions
1- Cajun Honey Butter Chicken:
Cube the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, chilli flakes, and olive oil. Mix well.
Heat light butter in a TEKA non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
Reduce heat to low, then add additional butter, extra seasoning, honey, and chopped parsley. Stir until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
Set aside the glazed chicken.
2- Creamy Garlic Herb Potatoes:
Preheat your oven or air fryer to 200°C/400°F.
Cube the potatoes and toss them with garlic powder, Italian herbs, paprika, and olive oil. Ensure they are well coated.
Place seasoned potatoes on a baking tray or in an air fryer and cook for 20-22 minutes until golden and crispy.
3- Creamy Sauce and Assembly:
In the same pan, sauté red onions over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Add tomato paste and stir for an additional 2 minutes, then reduce the heat.
Pour in the evaporated milk and add cream cheese, whisking continuously until the sauce is smooth.
Fold the crispy potatoes into the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
Serve the potatoes topped with the Cajun honey butter chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley.
