Instructions

Paneer Skewers:

1- Prepare the Marinade:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Fage yoghurt, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, dhana jeeru, and ginger paste. Mix well.

2- Add Wet Ingredients:

  • Stir in the lemon juice and chopped methi until fully incorporated.

3- Marinate:

  • Add the cubed paneer, red pepper, and cherry tomatoes, mixing to coat thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

4- Assemble Skewers:

  • Thread the marinated paneer, pepper, and tomatoes onto wooden skewers.

5- Cook Skewers:

  • Preheat the George Foreman Grill. Grill skewers for a few minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.

Coleslaw:

1- Combine Vegetables:

  • In another large bowl, toss together the shredded cabbage and grated carrot.

2- Add Dressing Ingredients:

  • Incorporate Fage yoghurt, sour cream, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly.

3- Set Aside:

  • Let the coleslaw sit while you finish preparing the dish.

Flatbreads:

1- Mix Ingredients:

  • Combine the Fage yoghurt, self-raising flour, salt, chopped coriander, and butter. Knead into a dough.

2- Cook Flatbreads:

  • Roll into flat discs and cook on a hot griddle until light brown with charred spots.
