Coleslaw:
π₯¬ 80g Red Cabbage shredded
π₯ Β½ Carrot grated
π₯ 100g 0% Fage Yoghurt (Brand: Fage)
π₯ 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
π₯ ΒΌ Tsp Mustard
π§ Salt & Pepper
π 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Flatbreads:
π₯ 125g Fage 0% Natural Greek Yoghurt (Brand: Fage)
πΎ 100g Self Raising Flour
π§ Β½ Tsp Salt
π Small Bunch Coriander chopped
π§ 1 Tablespoon Butter
Instructions
Paneer Skewers:
1- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Fage yoghurt, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, dhana jeeru, and ginger paste. Mix well.
2- Add Wet Ingredients:
- Stir in the lemon juice and chopped methi until fully incorporated.
3- Marinate:
- Add the cubed paneer, red pepper, and cherry tomatoes, mixing to coat thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
4- Assemble Skewers:
- Thread the marinated paneer, pepper, and tomatoes onto wooden skewers.
5- Cook Skewers:
- Preheat the George Foreman Grill. Grill skewers for a few minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
Coleslaw:
1- Combine Vegetables:
- In another large bowl, toss together the shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
2- Add Dressing Ingredients:
- Incorporate Fage yoghurt, sour cream, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3- Set Aside:
- Let the coleslaw sit while you finish preparing the dish.
Flatbreads:
1- Mix Ingredients:
- Combine the Fage yoghurt, self-raising flour, salt, chopped coriander, and butter. Knead into a dough.
2- Cook Flatbreads:
- Roll into flat discs and cook on a hot griddle until light brown with charred spots.
