š§ 20g Medium Garlic Mayo Nando's
š„ 30g Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise Hellmann's
š¶ļø 30g sweet chilli sauce
š„ 1 medium carrot, shredded
š„ 1/4 cucumber, sliced
šÆ 1 tbsp honey
š¶ļø 1/2 tsp paprika
š¶ļø 1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp onion granules
š§ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
šæ 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
š§ Pinch of salt & pepper
š° Pinch of sesame seeds
Instructions
1- Prepare the Base:
- In a large mixing bowl, place the cooked 250g basmati rice.
- Use a fork to fluff it up, ensuring it remains light and airy.
2- Add Protein:
- Flake the pre-cooked boneless salmon fillets using a fork.
- Add them to the rice.
3- Incorporate Vegetables:
- Toss in the sliced cucumber and shredded carrot.
- Spread them evenly over the rice.
4- Drizzle Sauces:
- Drizzle 20g of Nando's Medium Garlic Mayo over the ingredients.
- Follow with 30g of Hellmann's Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise.
- Add 30g of sweet chilli sauce.
5- Season:
- Sprinkle the bowl with a pinch of salt, pepper, and other spices (paprika, chilli powder, onion granules, garlic powder, mixed herbs).
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of honey for a hint of sweetness.
6- Mix Thoroughly:
- Gently mix all the ingredients with a fork until everything is well combined.
- Ensure the sauces are evenly distributed, ensuring each bite is filled with flavor.
7- Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for an added crunch and nutty flavor.
