🍅 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
🫒 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil
🥛 3/4 cup heavy cream, room temperature
🧀 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
🌿 Fresh chopped parsley or basil, for garnish
🥔 3 pounds russet potatoes or Yukon gold, quartered
🧈 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
🧄 5 garlic cloves, whole
🥛 3/4 cup milk or cream
🧂 Salt, to taste
🌶️ Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1- Prepare Chicken:
- Cube the chicken breasts into large bite-sized pieces.
- Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure good browning.
2- Season Chicken:
- In a bowl, toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, seasoning salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until well coated.
