Ingredients
🍠 4 medium-sized sweet potatoes
🧈 3 tbsp Butter
🍬 2 tbsp Brown sugar
🌿 1 tsp Cinnamon
🫒 1 tbsp Olive oil
🧅 1 medium onion, diced
🦬 2 lb 90% lean ground bison
🌮 2 tbsp SpiceX Seasoning Taco BLAST
🍅 2 tbsp Tomato paste
🧄 8 garlic cloves, minced
💧 1/2 cup Water
🍯 1 tsp Mike's Hot Honey
🧂 1 tsp Salt
🌶️ 1 tsp Pepper
🧀 1 cup Freshly grated Monterrey Jack cheese
🥑 2 large Avocados
🧅 1/2 medium Red onion, diced
🍅 2 Tomatoes, diced
🌶️ 1 Serrano, diced
🌿 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
🍋 1 Lime
Instructions
1- Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 3 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Microwave until melted and well-mixed.
- Brush the mixture evenly over each sweet potato, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Place the glazed sweet potatoes into oven-safe meal prep containers.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
2- Prepare the Taco Beef:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over low heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft and translucent.
- Add ground bison, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook while breaking up the meat.
- Add SpiceX Seasoning Taco BLAST, tomato paste, and water, mixing well.
- Stir in minced garlic and drizzle with Mike's Hot Honey.
- Cook until the beef is fully browned and saucy.
3- Assemble the Meal Prep Bowls:
- Carefully remove the sweet potatoes from the oven.

- In a bowl, combine avocados, diced red onion, tomatoes, serrano pepper, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.
