š§ 20g 0.7oz Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
š 6 Anchovy Fillets In Oil chopped
š 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
š„ 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
š„« 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
š§ Salt
š§ Pepper
Wrap & Fillings:
šÆ 5 Large Burrito Tortillas
š„¬ 1 Baby Cos Romaine Lettuce, Shredded
š„ 8 Bacon Rashers
Instructions
1- Preparation & Pre-Heat:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2- Season & Sear Chicken:
- Season chicken breasts with onion powder, garlic powder, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large, high-rimmed, oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3- Oven Cook Chicken & Bacon:
- Transfer seared chicken to the oven.
- Place bacon rashers on the baking tray.
- Cook bacon for 13-15 minutes until crispy.
- Bake chicken for about 14 minutes, alongside the bacon.
4- Prepare Dressing:
- Combine mayonnaise, garlic, Parmesan, anchovies, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix well and refrigerate.
5- Rest & Shred Chicken:
- After baking, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and shred chicken by hand.
6- Prepare Lettuce:
- Shred the Cos lettuce finely.
- Wash it thoroughly.
7- Combine Filling:
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, bacon, and lettuce with two-thirds of the dressing.
- Add more pepper if desired.
8- Assemble Wraps:
- Spread remaining Caesar dressing onto each tortilla.
- Divide filling evenly among tortillas and roll them tightly.
9- Storage:
- Store wraps in airtight containers or bags in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
- Do not freeze.
