Utilizing the T-fal Infrared Air Fryer's unique "Crispy Finish" function, you can achieve perfect flautas with minimal oil, making them lighter than traditional fried ones. Ingredients
š½ 4 small tortillas corn or flour
š 1 cup shredded chicken cooked
š§ 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack

š« 1 cup refried beans
š« Olive oil spray or cooking spray

š Lime wedges for garnish
š§ Crumbled white cheese Cotija or Queso Fresco for topping
Instructions
1- Prepare the Flauta Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, salsa, cumin, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
2- Assemble the Flautas:
- On each tortilla, spread a small amount of refried beans in the center.
- Add a layer of shredded cheese, followed by a portion of the chicken mixture.
- Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling, ensuring the seam is on the bottom to prevent unravelling.
3- Cook the Flautas:
- Preheat the T-fal Infrared Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the rolled flautas with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Place them in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.

4- Serve:
