Instructions

1- Garlic Mint Sauce:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Skyr yogurt, minced garlic, dried mint, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice.
  • Whisk until smooth and transfer to a storage container. Refrigerate to keep fresh.

2- Juicy Ground Beef:

  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with avocado oil.
  • SautΓ© the chopped onions for 8-10 minutes until golden and soft.

  • Add paprika, a pinch of salt, chilli flakes, tomato paste, and pasta water. Stir and simmer until aromatic.

5- Assembly:

  • Portion pasta into meal prep containers.
  • Layer garlic mint sauce over the pasta.
  • Top with seasoned beef.
  • Drizzle with chili butter sauce.
  • Garnish with cherry tomatoes, mint leaves, and optionally, chilli garlic seasoning.
