🥄 1/2 cup 120ml Daisy Sour Cream, Pure & Natural

Instructions
1- Preparation:
Thinly slice the beef and onion, and slice the mushrooms.
In a mixing bowl, coat the beef strips with 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
2- Searing the Beef:
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a well-seasoned cast iron skillet over high heat.
Sear the floured beef in the hot skillet until browned, then remove and set aside.

Add the mushrooms, continuing to sauté, then sprinkle with the vegetable seasoning mix.
