Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Finely chop the cilantro, store in a bowl.
- Chop green onions, storing white and green parts separately.
- Mince garlic and ginger together, placing in a small bowl.

2- Cooking:
- Heat a Le Creuset Dutch oven on high with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil.
- Add chicken pieces, cooking until no longer pink, stirring with a red silicone spatula.

- Add white part of green onions; stir, then pour in tamari and rice vinegar.
